Notes from the curator
Coffee: Rosa uses her own micro-mill to process harvested cherries, which allows for meticulous care in depulping, twenty four-hour fermentation periods, and 7 to 14 days of drying. In addition to coffee, Rosa cultivates tomatoes for additional family income. Artwork by Linda: Linda is colorful in her love of different cultures and enjoys nature, clean air, water and growing fresh veggies! She will paint almost anything, even if it’s bolted down.
