Medium-bodied, precise acidity. I wouldn't say it is fruity, but definitely has that caramel beginning and chocolate throughout the journey in my mouth. Acidity opens up at the end of the finish. Solid espresso - I found I didn't like it as much when mixed with milk (tried whole milk and oat milk) to make espresso-based drinks. Hence the 3-stars.
