Sight, smell, sound, and temperature. Slow roasted and hand cooled. Rather than engineering solutions to create a good cup of coffee, we prefer to taste each batch and go from there. We embrace the nuance of each bean and look for its own unique flavor. Using 100-year-old, restored roasters, we craft a coffee unlike any other. We pride ourselves in getting coffee back to its simplest, freshest form.

Our piece? We offer something a little different. A company founded by machinists, mechanics, and gear heads led to the restoration of some of the U.S.'s oldest coffee roasters.
