Classic tones of bittersweet dark chocolate, nougat, and a syrupy full body. In our mission to make exceptional coffees accessible, we’ve realized that some people just prefer darker, “classic” roasts. We take our densest, highest-grown coffee each season and carefully roast it to a medium/medium-dark level, where the caramelization accents the bean’s origin flavors without becoming overwhelmingly bitter.
