Ethiopia has several great coffee growing regions, but Yirgacheffe is one of the most renown. This washed coffee, with its high elevation, achieves some fruitiness like lemon and citrus, complemented by a floral backdrop. The cup overall is balanced and has a satisfying mouthfeel. It's great for an afternoon pick-me-up.
