This fantastic coffee from the Jinotega region of Nicaragua is harvested on small family-owned farms averaging 1.5 hectares in size (2.5 acres). Along the high northern peaks, Jinotega boasts extraordinary biodiversity and fertile soil. Mild temperature and evenly-distributed rainfall over the year makes this the perfect location for quality coffees. This region has produced 30 winning coffees in the Cup of Excellence.
