Notes from the curator

Pulcal Farm is nestled in the hills of Antigua. It's said to have it's own micro-climate which lends a hand to it's beautiful sweetness and delicate pear notes. "Inteligente" is a specific lot in the higher altitudes of the farm giving this offering better sweetness and brightness. The dry grounds are reminiscent of honey oat clusters. Initial notes of pear and apple-like acidity are followed through with a delightful candy nut sweetness, and finishing off with black lemon tea undertones.
