Nice surprise!I usually avoid Colombian coffees in favor of more unique, smaller country single origin or blends for smoothness. Seems like many Colombian roasts taste sort of dirty/earthy with an almost gritty finish. But this one was quite different! Not a light roast, but also not oily and dark. Just dark enough for a rich chocolatey beginning but light enough to have that long smooth finish I like. Nice aroma too. Very good!
