Tasting Notes: Green Grape, Toffee & Chamomile This Colombian coffee comes from contributions of multiple smallholder farmers that reside in areas surrounding the town San Agustin, Huila. This coffee is the select top tier beans that pass quality control inspections and are accepted into this microlot offering. It has been cupped, vetted and blended together to produce a regional offering that allows more farmers to receive more payment for better quality coffee.
