When it came to making a decaf, we wanted to produce something that was as rich in taste as all our other roasts. For this reason, we started with a high-quality bean and adopted the Swiss Water Method to extract the caffeine instead of the commonly used chemical approach. This way you end up with a healthy and amazing tasting coffee you would expect to find, just without the caffeine. Enjoy Your Ritual!
