Early in 2016, we traveled to Ethiopia with Dominion Trading Company in search of incredible coffees from producers that treat their workers with with respect and dignity. Our favorite natural coffees on this trip were found at the Shanta Wene mill, where the people were full of joy and welcomed us with open arms. Shanta Wene mill is seated at the foothills of the Bombe Mountains. With their attention to detail and high altitude, this special place is home to some incredible coffees.
