Notes from the curator

This totally superb washed-process decaf hails from the Quindio region of Colombia’s legendary “Coffee Triangle”, and was sourced through the Azahar Coffee Company, a rad organization that pays high, stable prices to growers regardless of current market conditions. After a meticulous roasting by our coffee ninjas, these beans yield a positively delightful cup with notes of brown sugar, cinnamon, & cherry that gleefully obliterate traditional perceptions of decaf.
