We're a small-batch coffee roaster in West Stockbridge, MA in the oldest train station in the Berkshires. We import organically-grown, shade-grown coffee from around the world and roast it using nose, eye and ear. We also have a cafe in the station, "#1 in New England," and open roastery, so stop by + stay awhile.

I live the fact the rich filters that spinn offers to swrach for coffee. So far no disappointment and this hearth of darkness is indeed the kind of coffee I appreciate. I got it espresso ground (very fine) and it's perfect in a moka pot (Italian way)
This is a good drinking coffee but I did not find it too be full body or have a “heart of darkness”.
