We're a small-batch coffee roaster in West Stockbridge, MA in the oldest train station in the Berkshires. We import organically-grown, shade-grown coffee from around the world and roast it using nose, eye and ear. We also have a cafe in the station, "#1 in New England," and open roastery, so stop by + stay awhile.

Delicious! Coarse grind, let steep for ~26 hours out of the fridge. Enjoyed black but I think it improved with a little whole milk. Chocolaty, nutty and rich -- true to it's name!
