The Perez family has become our closest partner in Guatemala over the last four years. They not only own one of the best micro-dry mills for specialty coffee, but they also own a beautiful farm named Finca Isnul. Their Pacamara variety is one of the best, most consistent coffees we have found in the country. This coffee brings both excitement and comfort, making this an accessible coffee for all that will still impress your coffee-loving friends.
