Notes from the curator
We worked with Dormans Coffee to help bid on this coffee for us at the NCE. This coffee is washed using the Kenya Process. The Kenya Process goes through two fermentations rather than the normal one fermentation most washed coffees go through. In addition, it is dried on raised beds.
