Exclusively sourced Colombia beans hailing from the farm of Gabriel de Torres have been conditioned in Tom's Town Distilling Co.'s own whiskey barrel. The lingering aromatics of the bourbon are absorbed into the green bean, both rehydrating the coffee while imparting exquisite flavors. Parisi then roasts the beans to maximize the natural essence of every bean.

The beans were dry and had almost no oils. So when I made coffee using a hand grinder and pour over the coffee was weak and had little flavor. You could taste the Whiskey barrel, but the coffee was still very weak.
