Shady Bayter's coffee has a silky mouthfeel and yet remains clean, delicately floral with a hint of earthy spice, and from the very first sip, it feels wonderfully comforting. Camino has all the brown sugar sweetness you expect from a great specialty Colombian coffee, with hints of cinnamon spice and the bright push of citrus that escapes in the tail end of your sip.

These beans tasted too acidic for my taste. Maybe good for regular coffee, but not suitable for espressos.
