The hot first sip delivers velvety rich body up front with bright acidity around the mouth, as it cools the citrusy flavor predominates and finishes with smooth richness of cocoa; adding a little bit of whole milk yielded further complexity to the cup as notes of butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, sunflower, cardamom and clove were presented.
