Notes from the curator

LoHi is a naturally processed coffee that was grown by independent farmer owners and processed at the Mulish Washing Station in the Guji region of Ethiopia. After roasting this coffee to a medium level, it brews perfectly balanced levels of body and acidity, and you can expect notes of strawberry, green grape, and honey.
