Fairly Bright, Citrusy, Tea-Like Ethiopian Washed Beans
Definitely a standard Ethiopian beans. Standard is not a bad thing here. Very solid, bright, citrus, jasmine tea-like taste. Very consistent, light-bodied. Acidity is medium. Cupping this at 84.
