Well balanced and all around work horse. Although this blend of Central American and Indonesian coffees is meant to be front and center in your latte or cappuccino it’s also fantastic as a straight shot or brewed coffee. Blended specifically to have low acidity and a creamy mouth feel it pairs particularly well with cinnamon, nuts & biscotti.

Makes a nice espresso, but my least favorite cup so far from my Spinn machine. Good espresso, everything else was flavorless. Tended not to feed well in the Spinn as well.

I’ve enjoyed this bean a lot with my Spinn machine. I usually drink coffee and this roast worked really well. I did modify the recipe a little (more beans less water)

Very happy with this roast and highly recommend. It does have a little oil on them, but nothing that would hurt the machine. Incredible, thick layer of crema on the espresso. Very smooth shot, and works great in both hot milk-based beverages such as cappuccino, as well as over ice!

I have enjoyed this espresso quite a bit in my Breville Infuser! Very smooth with good crema, strong enough to power through milk in a latte and makes a solid Americano.
