We visited Coopedota, did a blind cupping of select coffees and selected this micro lot (#0038) for our Latin American Single Origin coffee. We did an experimental espresso roast and were delighted with the results. Espressos are normally blended from several coffees to produce a characteristic flavor profile. In this case, this micro lot produced an exceptional espresso full of rich chocolate and orange goodness with a note of Amaretto to top off the satisfying sweetness and syrupy body.
