Notes from the curator
For the honey process, we use a medium roast, which keeps all the natural sugars on the outside of the bean generated during the fermentation process intact. We are able to bring the sugars out, then cut the roast to ensure the coffee is sweet - just like a honey processed coffee should be!

This is one of the smoothest coffees I’ve had. Makes amazing espresso: the sip starts off sweet and cools to reveal vanilla and chocolate notes. Makes for a very clean drink brewed any other way. Espresso is where it truly shines though.
