On a small farm high in the mountains of the Nicaraguan rainforest, single origin, specialty, Arabica coffee cherries slowly ripen to maturity, awaiting the careful eye and delicate hand of local coffee farmers, experts in their craft, who will individually select the ripest and best cherries to be spring water washed and meticulously processed, each step careful and calculated to ensure only the finest beans!
