50% of the Brazil's production comes from the state of Minas Gerais, which is where our coffee is grown. Minas Gerais coffees are known for their renowned quality, luscious body and mild sweetness that could only come from Arabica beans grown in this special region.

Minas Gerais has the rich, fertile soil that Arabica coffee trees need to thrive and produce fruit. The generous amount of minerals and nutrients in the soil contributes to the unmistakable taste, flavor and complexity of the coffee grown here. 

Ideal Climate
Arabica coffee trees are extremely delicate. They must be grown in the most favorable climates to yield the best coffee beans. Minas Gerais not only has rich, fertile soil and the best altitude levels, but it also has a climate that allows the Arabica coffee trees to develop and ripen slowly – producing a higher quality coffee.
