Catalyst, our new offering roasted in a more traditional Italian style, is perfectly suited for espresso. This coffee is slightly more robust than our XS-Blend, with tasting notes more akin to Bittersweet Chocolate and Cedar Wood. Catalyst leaves a nice lingering bitterness on the pallet and shines through in perfect harmony with milk-based drinks. Tasting notes: Bittersweet Chocolate, Cedar, Robust Roast level: Medium-Dark (no oils) Availability: Year Round
