Notes from the curator

Side A is a lighter take on our Side B blend. Still great for espresso, but better by itself or in small milk-based drinks (≤6 oz.). A light floral aroma gives way to a raw honey-like sweetness met with a bit of bright acidity more like a plum than an orange in the cup. Side A is great for espresso or drip and works really nicely as a Japanese cold brew as well if you like a bit of pleasant acidity. The coffees used in our Side A and Side B blends rotate seasonally.
