At an average altitude of 1,200m above sea level, the soil is incredible rich and fertile, and the coffee plants are able to fully develop their root systems. he estates we import from offer a sustainable method of farming, uses no chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. That’s important to us, because you get nothing but the natural chocolate, nutty and full bodied perfection that’s so popular from this region.
