Fantastic coffee for max drinkability. Very layered with complexity, while maintaining lots of approachable malty sweetness. This lot is a selection of Villa Sarchi, a variety discovered in the town of Sarchi, somewhat similar to Caturra. Basically... it is super good. So make it into coffee and drink it.
