Notes from the curator
Finca Santana is a 150 year old family farm run by Francisco Hoyas and his father. Located just outside of the town of El Tambo in the region of Cauca, Finca Santana holds about 12,000 producing coffee shrubs grown at a mountainous elevation ranging from 1670 -1780 masl. Our partner Herbert Peñaloza first started working with Francisco through La Real Expedición Botánica and they're seeing stunning results from their collaborative work.
