Peru is an emerging origin in the specialty market, and only now are we beginning to see some incredible coffees coming from the country. This lot comes to us from smallholder farmers in the Cajamarca region of Peru, and was put together by a gentleman named Rony Lavan. Rony is dedicated to finding the highest scoring coffees in Peru, and has found himself standing at the fore of micro-lot quality coffees in Peru.
