We carefully select our coffee, and are very careful to roast it to the profile that best suits that bean. Roasting in small batches allows us to eliminate any defects so that you receive a perfect bag of coffee. Once we receive your order we roast it as soon as possible. Immediately after roasting we bag it, still warm, and box it up to ship. It will be on your doorstep 1-3 days after roasting!
