Specialty-grade Mexican coffees like the ones we offer can e compared to a nice white wine. They are dry with a delicate body, a gentle sweetness and fruitiness, and an acidic snap to finish off the experience. As you go higher into the mountains, the coffees begin to get even sweeter. I would hold Mexican coffee's right up there with the finest of Central American coffees. Mexican coffee is my go to morning coffee.
