Zen is a single origin coffee from the beautiful land of Indonesia. This Sumatran coffee is roasted to order as a very dark coffee to accentuate the natural spice and earthy tones of the Sumatran variety. This coffee creates a wonderful cup, start to finish and is definitely one of our favorites.
