Our Organic French Roast has just the right profile to give our dark roast drinkers that great 'coffee' flavor that they crave. We roast this bean right into the beginning of the second crack, just to the point at which beads of oil begin to appear. This is not overly roasted and the beans themselves leave the roaster 'dry'. It is only after a few days that the beads of oil appear. This roast is great with a bit of cream or sugar (or both!).
