Notes from the curator

This direct trade coffee from Panama is from a combination of two farms in the Palmira region in Boquete, Panama. Both are small farms of less than 10 hectars each. The farms are owned by the Ruiz Family (Finca La Vanguardia) and the Saldaña Family (Finca Saldaña) Finca Saldaña and Finca La Vanguardia.
