Notes from the curator
One of our favorites to roast, these bright blue beans smell of baking bread and wheat going into first crack. We keep it slightly darker than medium to balance out some of the black peppercorn spice with a more syrupy sweet flavor. Suitable for pour over or french press!

A perfectly medium roast! Delicious syrupy finish, no matter how you make it! Great go-to morning coffee! I got it for my father who’s usually a dark roast drinker and he’s obsessed! Drink it black or with cream is tastes like a dream if you know what I mean ; )
