Notes from the curator

Brazil brings a bold characteristic that shines through many of its coffees. The Cerrado Mineiro is a high-plain savanna in western Minas Gerais with a long, dry harvest season—ideal conditions for growing sweet, chocolaty and full-bodied naturally processed coffees. With this natural process, we roasted it a little bit lighter to bring out some of the natural sweetness, but it still carries that bold flavor we all know and love.
