This coffee represents the sweetest and most vibrant coffees we have found. This years blend features; Guatemala Blue Ayarza (natural process) from the Jalapa and Jutiapa department; Mexico Veracruz Experimental (an experimental extended fermentation with a starter culture), and a Guatemala Hunapu Peaberry from the Antigua region.
