I just knew I was going to love this coffee. The description sounded great. The packaging was the nicest I have ever seen. They even included a card with recommendations for making pour overs. But this turned out to be some of the most bitter coffee I have ever drank. It makes me wonder if I got a bad batch. Everything I have seen and read about this roaster is impressive. The coffee just wasn’t good at all. I may give them another try just because I can’t believe what I got was their typical product.
