When I want a darker roast, I'm looking for a potent flavor with just enough acidity to be flavor-forward. This had a nice hint of citrus to balance out the dark roast, leaving me with a very satisfying cup to start my day. This one is a keeper!

I made my coffee using an Aeropress (8 oz). At first, I thought the strong flavor profile might have been better suited for making an espresso, but after a few cups I really started to enjoy the depth of flavor. I would order this again if it was priced, a little less, at $1 per oz.
