Roberto “Chele” Dumont is one of a long line of coffee producers whose hard work and eye for detail shows in everything he does. Since taking over Malacara “B”, cup quality has improved tenfold. The farm is located on the northern slope of the Santa Ana volcano, amidst a cloud covered, misty microclimate that creates the perfect environment in which to grow coffee. Orange Bourbon is a natural mutation varietal with bright orange cherries when ripe.
