Delicate, well balanced brewI had a chance to try Rabbit's Guatemala Antigua Bella Corona and thought it was very nice. For a coffee drinker used to darker roast beans, I found this to be complex and sweet. It had a depth of flavor that I was not anticipating, but it was very nice. I used these beans for a pour-over cup first thing in the AM. This is the second Rabbit roast I've tried, and have enjoyed them both. Definitely will be coming back.
