Notes from the curator

Sumatra, a region of Indonesia, has historically dried their coffee differently - the wet hulled method. This is due to the high rainfall and humidity of the island. It typically produces a rich, heavy body and earthy flavors with hints of fruit. Ours is a full, rich mouth feel with berry and cocoa flavors. It has a unique wine like acidity.
