Westerlies is an homage to the old-school of coffee roasting that laid the path for what we enjoy today. Westerlies isn't a dark roast, but we blend Indonesia and Latin American coffees together to create a similar flavor profile with exotic baking spices and dark chocolate, highlighting bold profiles without compromising.
