Notes from the curator

Andres Londoño is the producer of this washed Red Bourbon. He is a visionary coffee producer who I met about 5 years ago. An agronomist by training, Andres carefully chose the location, terroir, and micro-climate of his farm which is home to many natural springs and native forest. Andres has won the Cup of Excellence (with a Bourbon) and his coffees are consistently beautiful and innovative!
