Notes from the curator
Our approach to our blends is a bit different at Onyx. Instead of choosing coffees from specific countries or regions that will, in theory, intertwine well to create complex & cohesive flavors like most. We actually start from the end and work our way back. This perspective means we choose to create a specific flavor profile first, deciding which acidities, sugars and fats we want to accentuate for the coffee.

It had a little bit of a sour taste. Overall pretty pricey, small amount. Not worth it.

first time buyer of this blend and I'm in love. complex taste from a smooth coffee. I'd describe it as having the umph of a medium roast with the flavors of a light roast. thank you for a wonderful coffee!

not worth the price
Always have loved onyx coffee and was thrilled to see they paired with spinn. This has been one of my go to coffees for years
