We utilize a medium roast for Jose Capa’s coffee. With his unique drying processes of putting cacao underneath all of his beans, Capa’s coffee contains many sugars on the outside of the green coffee beans. Our medium roast allows us to bring these sugars to the surface while preventing the loss of them.

this coffee has an amazing flavor and almost no bitterness. incredibly smooth, subtle hints of chocolate and nuts without overwhelming the coffee's flavor. going to add this to my consistent rotation.
