We love coffees from this region for their versatility as both espresso and drip coffee. Guatemala's mountains are filled with small streams making it easy for farmers to process their own coffee. The heat coming from the mountains of Mexico's Tehuantepec plain protects this region from frost, allowing coffees to be grown at higher elevations.
